Overlooking the fresh water lagoons and swimming pool our one bedroom, two bath, non-smoking condo has been recently renovated, newly furnished and feels more like a home than a rental. The beach is just a short walk through the beautiful grounds. The condo has been appointed with new Berber carpeting & tile floors, new kitchen cabinets & countertops, all new appliances, and new electronic equipment. The third floor location affords our guests added privacy and security.
Kauai Beach Villas is
located next to the Raddisson Hotel on a beautiful oceanfront property.
The grounds are expertly landscaped with lagoons and tropical ponds
and fountains.
The spacious living room, furnished in a relaxing tropical decor, makes it easy to capture the island rhythms whether you're engaged in casual conversation, watching TV, or listening to Hawaiian music. The living room entertainment center includes remote controlled cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. The comfortable queen size sofa sleeper allows accommodations for up to four guests.
 By virtue of its corner location the large master bedroom suite has been appointed with large corner windows and a sliding glass doors that lead directly to the lanai giving the room a light airy feel. This arrangement takes advantage of and allows one to experience the full effect of the cooling ocean breezes. Or, should you desire the bedroom air conditioner will cool the entire condo. The bedrooms California King bed will leave you rested and ready for the day. Remote control Cable TV, DVD and VCR is also available in the bedroom for your entertainment pleasure.
 The kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to dine in. Fix a quick snack to eat at the lunch counter while on the go or have a relaxing romantic meal in the dining room. We like to greet the day with breakfast and Kaua'i coffee on the lanai where you can watch clouds cast shadows on Ha'upu Mountain in the distance. You can also use the gas grills conveniently located by the pool.
